EPP insulated box Gastronorm GN 1/2

The EPP insulated box Gastronorm GN 1/2 is the compact solution for safely transporting hot, fresh and frozen food. The indispensable product for compliance with HACCP hygiene and health regulations is made of expanded polypropylene EPP, a material that protects food from thermal stress and is 100% recyclable. Sturdy yet lightweight, it is the safe and compliant container for transporting food and beverages while limiting temperature changes that could alter their composition.

Consisting of a compartment without dividers, the EPP insulated box Gastronorm adapts to multiple needs and its internal dimensions make it compatible with GN 1/2 or GN 1/4 Gastronorm trays and bowls. In addition, it is ideal for containing and storing food at temperatures ranging from -40°C to +120°C (temperature holding curves can be seen in the graphs below).

The EPP insulated box can be stacked and is impact-resistant during transport. Its smooth surfaces make it easy to sanitise and it is dishwasher-safe in industrial washing stations or with a direct water jet. In addition, cooling plates can be added to increase its temperature holding capacity for fresh food.
