The insulated container ATP 1000 liters Isotec Ergo on pallets is the solution for the transport of large volumes of food at controlled temperature in compliance with the criteria of the HACCP regulations and built in line with the parameters dictated by the ATP regulations. Its generous dimensions make it ideal for large retailers and for catering companies that need a large load capacity. It is designed for the warehouse and intensive handling of cold chain logistics.

Equipped with an internal tank with smooth white fiberglass walls, sturdy base with feet built in galvanized steel, the insulated container with ATP is made with a solid galvanized steel structure with polyurethane walls of over 7 cm covered with scratch-resistant 2 mm polyethylene. Furthermore, it absorbs and distributes the force generated by accidental impacts in the handling phases.

The insulated container can be brought up to temperatures of -30°, and thanks to a reliable door locking system with 4 locking points, it guarantees thermal insulation with a coefficient of 0.29 W / m²K. It must be left in the fridge cell the night before use and, to improve the temperature maintenance performance during long transports, eutectic plates -21° and -3°C are available.

The insulated container for logistics is built to transport and store food with isothermal test in line with ATP regulations with IR class certification issued to the manufacturer by the German certifying body. It is important to check with the local health authority about the compulsory nature of the certificate and, if necessary, purchase it at the same time as the container.
