Insulated container ATP 140 liters front opening

The insulated container ATP Melform AF 140 with front opening and a capacity of 140 liters is the ideal solution for the transport of fresh and frozen food in the ATP regime. It is a very resistant version with a particularly low isothermal coefficient that allows the transport of frozen food with certification approved by the Ministry of Transport. However, it remains essential to put it in the refrigeration room the night before use in order to maximize its temperature maintenance capacity.

The insulated container is built using a rotational moulding technique that allows you to create a single resistant and seamless monolith. It is equipped with a 240° front opening door which facilitates the loading and unloading operations of pans, trays, goods and loose food. Furthermore, it allows to operate according to HACCP: EC Reg. 852/2004 HACCP, EC Reg. 852/2004 HACCP EN12571 and Accord AFNOR AC D40-007.

The insulated container is available with the ATP certificate of class IR and RRCX for fresh and frozen foods. The certificate must be requested when purchasing the container and cannot be requested later. Whether this certificate is compulsory depends on the local health authority where the food will be transported.

The insulated container can be purchased with various accessories, such as a useful galvanized steel trolley that allows the overlapping of 2 x AF140 containers and allows easy handling during deliveries and inside kitchens and cooking centers. In addition, the trolley can be configured with the fixing kit to safely tackle climbs and small differences in height when moving. Finally, the container is available with or without eutectic plate guides.
