Insulated container ATP 150 liters front opening

The insulated container ATP AF 150 by Melform is the solution with front opening for the transport and storage of fresh and frozen food at controlled temperature in the ATP regime. Equipped with a front door that can be opened at 240° and removable if necessary, it is the ideal solution for catering, cooking centers, canteen and catering services in general. Its capacious dimensions in fact allow you to transport GN trays and trays, EN trays, pastry trays and 600 x 400 mm tubs.

The insulated container is solid and compact, free of sharp edges and welded seams, easy to handle thanks to its sturdy stainless steel handles and transportable also in vans and small vans thanks to its compact dimensions. Furthermore, it respects the insulation characteristics in line with current legislation: EC Reg. 852/2004 (HACCP), EC Reg. 852/2004 - HACCP-EN12571 and Accord AFNOR AC D40-007.

The insulated container complies with the criteria for food transport defined by the ATP standards and can be requested with an approval certificate ATP class IN for the transport of fresh food. It is important to consult the local health authority to check whether the certificate is compulsory and, if necessary, request it when purchasing the container, since it cannot be requested at a later point in time.

The use of the insulated container ATP is guaranteed from -30° to +100°C: an active door can be mounted to maintain the temperature of hot food and eutectic plates are available for the transport of fresh or frozen food. In the latter case, it remains essential to place the container in the refrigerator cell the night before use. It is possible to stack two containers by selecting the polyethylene trolley and the fixing kit, both available as accessories. Finally, the container is available without or with guides for eutectic plate.
