Laydown concrete bucket with rubber hose capacity up to 7800 kg

The laydown concrete bucket with rubber hose and capacity of up to 7800 kg is the solution for construction site tasks where precision and, at the same time, manoeuvrability are required. This can be on the ground, e.g. for pavements or similar, or at height, for working on roofs or slabs so as not to waste material or risk doing a sloppy job. The bucket is made in Italy and is suitable for intensive professional use.

The rubber hose supplied with the concrete bucket is two metres long, has a diameter of 200 mm and is designed to make handling and directing the concrete casting comfortable. The opening of the bucket works by means of a lever that can be operated with the rope supplied: the lever is quite sensitive and allows the flow of material to be managed without overdoing it.

The structure of the laydown concrete bucket is made in such a way that it lies flat on the ground, facilitating loading by the concrete mixer and also its cleaning, while when lifted off the ground it is positioned vertically so as to convey the concrete towards the discharge mouth. The safety of the bucket is also guaranteed by the automatic spring-loaded closure.

The laydown concrete bucket has conformity certification for standards UNI EN ISO 12100, UNI EN 349, UNI ISO 8686,UNI EN 10027 and UNI EN 10204. The use and maintenance manual and metal label with model data are supplied as standard with the bucket.
