Laydown concrete bucket with rubber hose and handwheel opening capacity up to 5200 kg

The laydown concrete bucket with a handwheel opening and rubber hose with a capacity of up to 5200 kg is the laydown solution for concrete pours on construction sites where an extremely precise tool is needed, e.g. for filling formwork or pillars, where an error is not only unaesthetic but risks causing structural weakness in the structure. Manufactured in Italy, the bucket is ideal for even intensive professional use.

The equipment of the concrete bucket is designed precisely for work requiring particular precision: the handwheel, which is very sensitive to movement, allows the opening of the mouth to be adjusted very easily. In addition, the bucket is equipped with a rope so that the opening can also be managed at height. The rubber hose is two metres long and 200 mm in diameter. All models are supplied with rope.

The special feature of this type of laydown concrete bucket is that it is loaded on the ground lying down, so that it is easier for the concrete mixer to reach the loading mouth. Then, once full, the bucket is lifted and returned to the upright position. To increase safety, it is equipped with an automatic spring-loaded closure.

The laydown concrete bucket is manufactured in accordance with the standards UNI EN ISO 12100, UNI EN 349, UNI EN ISO 8686,UNI EN 10027 and UNI EN 10204 and is provided with a Certificate of Conformity. It is supplied with a metal label attached bearing the model data and with the use and maintenance manual for the relevant model.
