Manual and forklift tipping skip with 4 wheels and capacity 800 to 1200 kg

The manual and forklift tipping skip is the solution for collecting, handling and unloading scrap and other material that adapts to different needs. Constructed from tubular and sheet steel and sized according to load capacity, the structure can be forklift-operated, but can also be operated (for unloading) by a man-on-ground thanks to the handle and side supports. This makes it possible to solve scrap handling in different situations, without ever giving up maximum safety.

If you wish to use the forklift, simply fork the tipping skip into the fork sockets, raise it to the specified height, move it to the unloading location and empty it from inside the forklift. In fact, the side-emptying lever when connected to the opening chain (available as an option) can be operated directly from the vehicle and allows easy 120° rotation with gradual discharge of the contents.

The manual and forklift tipping skip is complete with warning panels to draw attention to the dangers involved in its use. In addition, for maximum safety, it is supplied as standard with a chain to secure the bucket to the trolley in order to reduce accidental falls of the container.

Different forklift tipping skip models are available that differ in size, type of wheels and colour (orange or green) of the polyester powder coating for outdoor use. All models come complete with two rubber shock absorbers to dampen rotational shocks and a welded, watertight tank. Finally, optional extras are available to customise the skip: the settling tank with tap and cap, and the parking brake for the two swivel wheels (200 mm diameter).
