Manual and forklift tipping skip with 4 wheels and capacity 1000 kg

The manual and forklift tipping skip is the professional solution for the safe collection and unloading of waste and production scrap. The structure makes the skip ideal both when it is forked and used with a forklift, and when the operator needs to empty it directly from the ground. In fact, the 2006/42/EC compliant skip is equipped with a forked structure as well as a handle and side supports for emptying from the ground.

Using the forklift, it is possible to fork the tipping skip, bring it to the set height and empty it directly from the vehicle thanks to the emptying lever that is activated with the help of a rope. In this way, the operator can remain sheltered in the truck, reducing the risk of injury and increasing the level of safety.

The design of the forklift tipping skip is complete with technical data labels, CE marking, warning panels and safety chain with carabiner. The latter is essential when using the skip with a forklift: it allows it to be secured to the vehicle, reducing the risk of the container falling. In addition, the watertight tank allows the containment of non-food liquids (food liquids would in fact require a stainless steel tank).

The 4 wheels with a diameter of 175 mm, 2 fixed and 2 swivelling, allow easy and controlled handling. The tank is watertight and the tipping skip is available in painted (green or orange) and anti-corrosion galvanised versions. Finally, to separate liquids and solids, the decanting tank with grid and tap is available; for greater stability, the swivel wheel parking brake can be selected and to close the skip you can choose the lid in the removable version with handles or in the splittable hinged version.
