The Fervi P001/30 manual hydraulic shop press is the solution with a capacity of 30000 kg for pressing metal objects or similar materials during, for example, the assembly of mechanical units or the keying of bearings. The maximum pressing force is 295 kN and can be managed by a two-speed pump in order to always guarantee maximum control and safety. It is supplied disassembled, with bench and support base, as well as various safety devices.

The pressure gauge of the hydraulic shop press is positioned in the upper part of the frame and measures the internal pressure before and during pressing so that the operator can know the level and manage it accordingly. The locking pins, on the other hand, are positioned on the sides of the columns and keep the pallet and the pressing surface stable and safe.

In addition, the manual hydraulic shop press is equipped with a particular protection for the oil pipe: the pipe is protected by an explosion-proof steel wire so that the risk of bursting is maintained as required by the UNI EN 693/2009 standard. To further reduce the risk there is the overpressure valve, which releases excess pressure to keep the level constant.
