The metal cutting band saw Fervi 0132 is a bench device designed to cut metal bars that meet certain characteristics. Thanks to this tool it will in fact be possible to cut section bars that have a circular section with a maximum diameter of 205 mm, a square section with a maximum size of 105 mm and a rectangular section with a maximum size of 105x86. It is a machine that must be considered for service and not for production, therefore its use must occur intermittently throughout the day and not continuously.

In the electrical control panel, in addition to the start and stop buttons, there is a selector through which it is possible to adjust the rotation speed of the metal cutting band saw. In fact, its rotation speed can vary from a minimum of 60 m/min to a maximum of 80 m/min.

The manual mode blade start button is located on the handle fitted on the control lever. This button is considered as hold-to-run as the blade rotates only as long as the button is held down. Once this is released the saw blade stops immediately.

The Fervi metal cutting band saw is capable of making cuts at an angle ranging from 0° to 45°. To rotate the head, just use the locking lever that is positioned under the coolant collection casket and the vice. Furthermore, to ensure that the work is always carried out in optimal conditions, it is also possible to adjust the vice, the tension of the blade and the blade cover.
