The metal storage shelves unit features a spill pallet for the safe storage of drums arranged across two levels. The structure offers two usage configurations: all drums can be placed horizontally to simplify dispensing operations, or some can be positioned vertically directly on the spill pallet. It is an essential product for optimizing space and storing drums containing flammable and hazardous substances in an orderly and safe manner.

The spill pallet located at the base of the metal shelving increases its safety level. In fact, it collects any accidental spills during the storage and transfer of the substances contained in the drums, preventing them from dispersing into the environment. The orange-painted steel spill pallet is designed in compliance with Italian regulations, which require a containment capacity equal to the greater of 33% of the total stored volume or the volume of the largest single container. If used outside of Italy, it is recommended to consult local regulations regarding containment.

The galvanised steel drum rack comes complete with 4 height-adjustable beams, and you can choose between the version with 4 supports for 200-litre drums and the version with 6 supports for 60-litre drums. If you wish to place some drums vertically on the spill pallet grating, simply remove the front lower beam, leaving the rear one in place to ensure the structure remains stable. Furthermore, various accessories can be added, such as the galvanised transfer stand, the swivel drum supports which facilitate rotation and simplify dispensing operations, and the protective corner guards which shield the racking from any impacts.

The total external dimensions of the metal rack are 1540 x 800 x 2000 mm, while spill pallet with a removable galvanized grating measures 1340 x 1250 x 300 mm and has a capacity of 270 liters.
