Metal storage shelves are a practical and safe solution for efficiently organizing the workplace in full compliance with current regulations. When hazardous, flammable, or potentially polluting substances need to be stored, the use of IBC tanks and dedicated structures is essential. This shelving allows you to optimize the available space by extending upwards and ensuring high load capacity. The three-level configuration can accommodate up to 9 IBC tanks (3 per level).

The structure consists of 2 vertical sides and 3 pairs of adjustable horizontal beams, which allow the height of the shelves to be adapted to operational requirements. To ensure maximum safety, the shelving is equipped with a spill pallet with an orange RAL2004 painted finish, designed for the possible installation of a support grid. This spill pallet complies with Italian regulations, which require a minimum capacity of 33% of the total stored volume or, alternatively, the volume of the largest container, whichever is greater. For installations in other countries, it is advisable to check compliance with local regulations.

To adapt to different operational needs, the shelving can be completed with numerous optional accessories: splash guards (supplied in pairs, installable on each level), grating platform for positioning small drums or additional containers next to the IBCs, wall spacers, and C-shaped rear stops to prevent pallets from sliding.

Made entirely of steel and intended for indoor use, the IBC metal storage shelves ensure high structural stability. It is supplied unassembled to reduce transport costs. Assembly and floor fixing are the responsibility of the user and must be carried out carefully following the instructions in the user manual supplied with the product.
