Mini pallet truck kg 2500 Fervi 900 x 540 mm

The mini pallet truck with short forks measuring 900 mm is an indispensable tool designed for intensive handling of short loads on pallets or roll containers. Thanks to its small dimensions and compact design, it is a tool that can be easily transported, making it perfect for use during loading and unloading operations that are carried out on vehicles equipped with hydraulic tail lifts. Used under ideal conditions, it has a maximum capacity of 2500 kg.

The structure of the mini pallet truck is solid and robust with a 3 mm thick frame and weighs 68.5 kg. It consists of two 900 x 540 mm forks that can change their height above ground level, thanks to the hydraulic unit, from 85 mm to a maximum of 200 mm. Mounted under the hydraulic unit are the wheels that, directed by the drawbar, allow the hand pallet truck to move; under the forks are 2 rollers to support the load.

The main safety system present is a pressure relief valve that ensures against overloading. This safety valve ensures that the pressure inside the hydraulic circuit does not exceed the maximum rated flow for which the device is calibrated.

The drawbar, designed to steer the mini pallet truck when in use, is equipped with a 3-position control lever. This allows the operator to select the operating mode between up, down and transport.
