The modular folding pallet box on 1200x1000 mm pallets is the ideal solution for storing and transporting components inside warehouses in the industrial and automotive sectors. The container is the perfect alternative to wooden crates or non-folding metal containers, as its folding walls allow you to optimize space when the container is empty. Furthermore, the plastic structure is particularly robust, making it ideal for professional intensive use.

To build the folding pallet box that best suits your needs, simply add the belts to the base pallet and, for additional safety, close it with a lid. The belts allow the operator to access the contents even when mounted as they can be folded without having to remove them.

The plastic pallet to be positioned at the base is complete with a 3-way bottom which allows for a particularly solid structure that can be adapted to current shelving and automation systems. In addition, the skids increase the load capacity of the container which can carry up to 5000 kg of static load and 1500 kg of dynamic load.

The folding pallet box is made of recycled plastic and measures 1200x1000 mm externally. Maximum versatility is guaranteed by the overlapping of the components. In fact, it is possible to alternate pallets, belts and lids until the total weight does not exceed the maximum capacity of the pallet placed at the base (5000 kg).
