The modular folding pallet box on 800x600 mm pallets is the smart solution for protecting and transporting parts and components in particular in the industrial and automotive sectors. It is a foldable and modular container perfect to replace wooden crates or non-foldable metal containers. In fact, if loaded it is stackable to optimize space, when empty it is foldable thus allowing an important saving of space during return journeys or for warehouse storage.
It is possible to compose the folding pallet box that best suits your needs by superimposing different levels of belts on the base pallet. At the end it is possible to close the container with the lid to ensure maximum safety of the contents. In addition, the belts offer excellent internal access as they can be folded without being removed for faster loading and unloading.
At the base of the folding pallet box there is a 3-way plastic pallet, capable of adapting perfectly to current shelving and automation systems. Furthermore, the skids placed on the bottom ensure greater stability to the load by increasing the load capacity of the container itself.
The folding pallet box entirely made of recycled plastic measures 800x600 mm externally, the height will instead vary depending on the number of belts inserted. Finally, different elements can be overlapped considering the capacity of the pallet placed at the base. The 800x600x175 mm plastic pallet has a static capacity of 2000 kg, so it will be possible to stack belts, lids and other pallets if the total weight does not exceed 2 tons.
