Modulcontainer for drums on shelf in steel with spill pallet and swing doors

The modulcontainer is the solution with hinged doors ideal for storing drums containing flammable or polluting substances on a shelf. The available models are in fact structured on two levels thanks to an internal shelving that divides the space. The modulcontainer, consisting of a spill pallet and steel prefabricated, available galvanized or galvanized and painted in blue RAL5010; it can be easily moved with a forklift, representing the ideal solution if you need a deposit that must be moved 2/3 times a year.

In order to guarantee maximum safety, the modulcontainer is made in compliance with the following regulations:
• international standard UNI EN ISO 3834-2: 2006 certificate n. 523-088-2012 TÜV Italia and the Essential Requirements for Safety and Environmental Protection (referred to the manufacturer);
• EU directives 2009/104/CE Work equipment;
• national directives Legislative Decree 81/2008 annex V Consolidated text on safety at work.
Furthermore, the UNI EN 1090 certification is available on request, which allows the CE marking to be affixed.

The modulcontainer is equipped with a spill pallet, designed in compliance with the Italian legislation on containment, so that it can contain the greater between 33% of the total volume stored and the volume of the largest container stored. If the container is used outside Italy, it is always important to check the local regulations regarding containment: for example, in France 50% of the total stored is expected, in Germany 10%.

The customization of the modulcontainer is made possible by some accessories: the ventilation grids for the storage of flammable substances and the insulating roof made of 50 mm mineral wool sandwich panels certified EI30 with fire resistance class A2 S1-d0 interposed between the galvanized sheets. The optional ventilation grids are designed in accordance with Italian regulations (D.M. 18/05/95), so they guarantee a ventilation equal to 1/30 of the floor area and are strongly recommended if flammable substances are stored. If the modulcontainer is to be used outside Italy, it is important to check the national regulations regarding ventilation (e.g. in Germany, grids are recommended, while in France they are mandatory but the number and structure required may vary).

Finally, upon request, the modulcontainer is available 100% insulated, with polypropylene spill pallet recommended for the storage of corrosive and aggressive substances (acids, non-solvents) and with explosion-proof ventilation (ideal for the storage of highly flammable high-risk substances).
