Modulcontainer for floor drums with polyurethane insulated panels, spill pallet and sliding doors

The modulcontainer allows the storage of drums on the floor, it is ideal for use outdoors when dealing with hazardous substances. Depending on the type of hazardous substance to be stored, the in-house HSE Manager or safety advisor will assess the suitability of the container. Its structure is made using 40 mm thick fire reaction class F and fire resistance NPD polyurethane insulated panels for the walls and sliding doors. The roof, on the other hand, is produced using polyurethane insulated corrugated panels, 40 mm thick (+40 mm rib), fire reaction class F and fire resistance NPD. Included in the standard equipment are: provision for fixing to the ground with dowels; continuous 80 mm slides for support; gutter and downspouts; ventilation grilles; removable hot-dip galvanized grating floor with 34x76 mm mesh 25x2 mm plate and capacity 600 kg / m2 and spill pallet in galvanized carbon steel sheet 2 mm thick. The painting on slides, spill pallet, downspouts and profiles is carried out in RAL 9002 color but other colors are available on request.

All modulcontainer comply with the provisions of Legislative Decree 152/06 consolidated environmental text and related standards and are supplied complete with the following documentation:
• Watertight declaration of the tank as required by the Legislative Decree 152/06;
• Declaration that natural ventilation is in accordance with D.M. 18/05/95 with grids of dimensions equal to 1/30 of the plan surface;
• Declaration of the capacity of the grating floor;
• Welding declaration: in accordance with UNI EN ISO 3834-2.2006 with production control plan under surveillance - with qualified welders in accordance with EN 9606-1: 2013 - with welding process in accordance with UNI EN ISO 15614-1: 2012 , UNI EN ISO 9001: 15 certified quality system;
• User and maintenance manual (the operator must always use the Personal Protective Equipment as per Legislative Decree 81/08 for the operations listed in the manual).

The spill pallet is built in compliance with Italian safety regulations. In fact it is designed to contain the greater between 33% of the stored volume and the volume of the largest stored container. For the use of the modulcontainer outside Italy, it is essential to check the regulations in force (for example in France the containment of 50% of the stored volume is expected while in Germany 10%). Even the ventilation grilles are structured on the basis of the provisions of the Italian standard: if you intend to use the module container outside the Italian territory, it is therefore important to check the national regulations on the subject (for example, in France the grilles are mandatory, while in Germany they are recommended, but the number and structure required may vary).

Thanks to the presence of the forklift pockets, it is possible to move the modulcontainer using a forklift truck which must however be equipped with an extension of the forks. It is also possible to purchase as accessories also the handling with crane by hooking from the base and in this case bear in mind that you will be able to move your modulcontainer in both ways. 

Two versions of the modulcontainer are available, for 8 and 16 drums. Furthermore, to ensure maximum customization, it is possible to choose between different accessories. In fact, the access ramp with and without flap (with forklift pockets), the non-Atex lighting system, the non-Atex air conditioning system, the non-Atex suction / ventilation system are available as optional accessories. In addition, on request it is possible to obtain the spill pallet with a greater capacity.
