Modulcontainer for floor tanks in steel with spill pallet and no doors

The modulcontainer is the doorless solution for the storage of 1000 liter IBC tanks. The structure allows you to instantly view the stored contents and, consisting of a spill pallet and a prefabricated element in galvanized or galvanized steel and painted in blue RAL5010, it is practical and easy to move with a forklift. It is in fact a solution that can be transported from one work area to another a couple of times a year.

The modulcontainer is a safe product, made in compliance with the following regulations:
• international standard UNI EN ISO 3834-2: 2006 certificate n. 523-088-2012 TÜV Italia and the Essential Requirements for Safety and Environmental Protection (referred to the manufacturer);
• EU directives 2009/104 /CE Work equipment;
• national directives Legislative Decree 81/2008 annex V Consolidated text on safety at work.
Furthermore, the UNI EN 1090 certification is available on request, which allows the CE mark to be affixed.

The spill pallet, structured in accordance with the Italian legislation on containment, can contain the greater of 33% of the total volume stored and the volume of the largest container stored. Containment regulations vary from zone to zone, so it is important to always check the regulations in force in the place where the modulcontainer will be used. For example, in France the tanks must be able to contain 50% of the total stored, in Germany 10%.

The modulcontainer has a thickness of the sheet metal of the walls and roof equal to 0.8 mm, while the thickness of the sheet of the spill pallet is 3 mm. The container is also equipped with a provision for fixing to the ground with dowels and a floor in hot-dip galvanized grating, with 66x55 mm mesh.

To meet constantly evolving needs, a polypropylene spill pallet is available on request, recommended for the storage of corrosive and aggressive liquids (acids, non-solvents).
