Modulcontainer for floor tanks in steel with spill pallet and sliding doors group size 1

The modulcontainer is the solution with sliding doors for the safe storage of 1000 liter IBC tanks. Complete with spill pallet and prefabricated element in steel (galvanized or galvanized and painted in blue RAL5010) the modulcontainer is practical and easy to move with a forklift, ideal when looking for a solution that can be easily moved 2/3 times a year.

In the design and construction of the modulcontainer, the following regulations were considered:
• international standard UNI EN ISO 3834-2: 2006 certificate n. 523-088-2012 TÜV Italia and the Essential Requirements for Safety and Environmental Protection (referred to the manufacturer);
• EU directives 2009/104 /CE Work equipment;
• national directives Legislative Decree 81/2008 annex V Consolidated text on safety at work.
Furthermore, it is possible to request the UNI EN 1090 certification which allows to affix the CE mark.

The spill pallet, built in accordance with the Italian legislation, can contain the greater of 33% of the total volume stored and the volume of the largest container stored. Considering that the regulations regarding containment vary from area to area, if the deposit is used in non-Italian territory it is necessary to check the regulations in force (in France the planned containment is 50% of the total stored, in Germany 10%) .

For the storage of flammable substances, it is possible to accessorise the modulcontainer with ventilation grids. In addition, to reduce thermal shocks, it is possible to provide an insulating roof in EI30 certified 50 mm mineral wool sandwich panels with fire resistance class A2 S1-d0 interposed between the galvanized sheets. The ventilation grids are designed in accordance with Italian regulations (Ministerial Decree 18/05/95), and are therefore able to guarantee ventilation equal to 1/30 of the floor area. If the modulcontainer is to be used in a different country, it will be necessary to check the national regulations on ventilation (e.g. in Germany they are recommended, while in France they are mandatory, but the number and structure may vary).

The structure of the modulcontainer is characterized by doors, walls and roof with a sheet thickness of 0.8 mm, while the thickness of the spill pallet's sheet is 3 mm. The container is also equipped with a 66x55 mm mesh hot-dip galvanized grating floor and predisposition for fixing to the ground with dowels.

Upon request, it is possible to equip the spill pallet with an internal polypropylene lining for corrosive and aggressive liquids (acids, non-solvents). Finally, the modulcontainer on request is 100% insulated and can be supplied with explosion-proof ventilation for high-risk flammable substances.
