Modulcontainer for floor tanks in steel with spill pallet and sliding doors group size 2

The modulcontainer is the ideal solution for storing on the floor and sheltering tanks containing dangerous substances from bad weather. Based on the specific substances to be stored, it is always the safety advisor or in-house HSE manager who determines whether the container is suitable for storing such substances inside. The structure equipped with sliding doors is made entirely of galvanized and corrugated carbon steel and is available in the galvanized version or in the version galvanized and painted in RAL9002 color (other colors also available on request). The standard equipment includes: provision for fixing to the ground by means of dowels, 80 mm slides for support, downspouts and gutter, ventilation grilles, 2 mm thick galvanized carbon steel spill pallet, hot-dip galvanized grating floor with 34x76 mm flat 25x2 mm mesh and load capacity 1000 kg / m2, walls and doors made with sheets with 20 mm ridges printed on 30x30 tubular frames; roof made with sheets with 20 mm ridges; carbon corrugated galvanised sheet metal thickness 4/10 on walls and 5/10 on roofing.

The construction of the modulcontainer takes place in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 152/06 consolidated environmental text and related standards and are supplied complete with the following documentation:
• Watertight declaration of the tank as required by the Legislative Decree 152/06;
• Declaration that natural ventilation is in accordance with D.M. 18/05/95 with grids of dimensions equal to 1/30 of the plan surface;
• Declaration of the capacity of the grating floor;
• Welding declaration: in accordance with UNI EN ISO 3834-2.2006 with production control plan under surveillance - with qualified welders in accordance with EN 9606-1: 2013 - with welding process in accordance with UNI EN ISO 15614-1: 2012 , UNI EN ISO 9001: 15 certified quality system;
• User and maintenance manual (the operator must always use the Personal Protective Equipment as per Legislative Decree 81/08 for the operations listed in the manual).

The spill pallet that is part of the structure of the modulcontainer is made in compliance with the Italian legislation. It is in fact capable of containing the greater of 33% of the stored volume and the volume of the largest container stored. If you want to use the container module in non-Italian territory, you will need to find out what the current legislation on the matter provides. (for example for France the capacity to contain 50% of the stored volume is required, while for Germany 10%). In the same way, the ventilation grilles are structured according to the Italian standard: if you intend to use the module container outside the Italian territory, it is therefore important to check the national regulations on the subject (for example, in France the grilles are mandatory, while in Germany are recommended, but the number and structure required may vary).

The handling of the modulcontainer can take place through the use of a forklift truck with a special extension for the forks. Alternatively, it is possible to purchase as an accessory feature the handling by crane to be carried out with hooking from the base and in this case please bear in mind that you will be able to transport your container with both (crane and forklift). 

Depending on the model chosen, it is possible to contain up to 6 tanks inside the modulcontainer. To further customize the modulcontainer, you can choose from the following accessories: access ramp with or without flap, non-Atex lighting and air conditioning systems and non-Atex extraction / ventilation system. On request, however, it is possible to equip your modulcontainer with a spill pallet with greater capacity.
