Modulcontainer for floor tanks in steel with spill pallet and swing doors group size 1

The modulcontainer is the solution with hinged doors for the storage of 1000 liter IBC tanks. The structure is complete with a spill pallet and a prefabricated element in steel (galvanized or galvanized and painted in blue RAL5010). It is a practical container that can be easily moved with a forklift, therefore ideal if you are looking for a structure to be moved with ease a couple of times a year.

The modulcontainer is made in compliance with the following regulations:
• international standard UNI EN ISO 3834-2: 2006 certificate n. 523-088-2012 TÜV Italia and the Essential Requirements for Safety and Environmental Protection (referred to the manufacturer);
• EU directives 2009/104 /CE Work equipment;
• national directives Legislative Decree 81/2008 annex V Consolidated text on safety at work.
Furthermore, it is possible to request the UNI EN 1090 certification which allows to affix the CE marking on the deposit.

The spill pallet located at the base of the modulcontainer is structured according to the Italian legislation, so it can contain the greater of 33% of the total volume stored and the volume of the largest container stored. If the deposit is used outside Italy, it is necessary to check the regulations in force regarding containment as these vary from area to area. Consider that in France the expected containment is 50% of the total stored, in Germany 10%.

It is possible to accessorise the modulcontainer with ventilation grids and the insulating roof made of 50 mm mineral wool sandwich panels certified EI30 with fire resistance class A2 S1-d0 interposed between the galvanized sheets. If you plan to store flammable substances, the optional ventilation grids are highly recommended. Their design complies with the provisions of Ministerial Decree 18/05/95 and allows ventilation of 1/30 of the floor area. If the modulcontainer is to be used outside Italy, it will be necessary to verify the relevant national regulations (e.g. in Germany they are recommended, while in France they are compulsory, but the regulations concerning the number in relation to the floor area may vary from those in Italy).

The sheet thickness of doors, walls and roof is 0.8mm, the sheet thickness of the spill pallet is 3mm. The modulcontainer also has a provision for fixing to the ground with dowels and is equipped with a hot-dip galvanized grating floor, with 66x55 mm mesh.

On request, it is possible to internally cover the spill pallet in polypropylene, to contain corrosive and aggressive liquids (acids, non-solvents), but also to equip the container with explosion-proof ventilation (in case flammable substances at high risk are stored). Finally, the modulcontainer on request can be 100% insulated to reduce thermal shocks to a minimum.
