Modulcontainer open space with EI/REI120 certified panels, spill pallet and sliding doors

The modulcontainer is the outdoors solution to store substances that can be harmful to people and environment. In any case, it is the HSE manager or the safety advisor - depending on the type of substance to be stored - who decides on the suitability of the container. The open space structure makes it possible to store inside this container any type of tank, even of different sizes. The modulecontainer's standard equipment features: provision for fixing to the ground with dowels; ventilation grilles; continuous 80 mm slides for support; removable hot-dip galvanized grating floor with a capacity of 600 kg / m2 (mesh 30x76 mm, flat 25x2 mm); spill pallet in galvanized carbon steel sheet 2 mm thick; gutters and downspouts; pre-painted sandwich panel sheet metal thickness 5/10 walls and roofing. Walls and doors are in EI 120 certified panels insulated in mineral wool, 100 mm thick, fire reaction class A2-s1-d0. The door has a 63 mm thick door. The roof, on the other hand, is made with corrugated panels (40 mm thick ribs) certified REI 120 insulated in mineral wool 100 mm thick, fire reaction class A2-s1-d0. The slides, spill pallet, downspouts and profiles are all painted in RAL 9002 but other colors are available on request.

The modulcontainer is designed following the provisions of Legislative Decree 152/06 consolidated environmental text and related standards and it is supplied complete with the following documentation:
• Watertight declaration of the tank as required by the Legislative Decree 152/06;
• Declaration that natural ventilation is in accordance with D.M. 18/05/95 with grids of dimensions equal to 1/30 of the plan surface;
• Declaration of the capacity of the grating floor;
• Welding declaration: in accordance with UNI EN ISO 3834-2.2006 with production control plan under surveillance - with qualified welders in accordance with EN 9606-1: 2013 - with welding process in accordance with UNI EN ISO 15614-1: 2012 , UNI EN ISO 9001: 15 certified quality system;
• User and maintenance manual (the operator must always use the Personal Protective Equipment as per Legislative Decree 81/08 for the operations listed in the manual).

The spill pallet is built following the provisions of Italian legislation on environmental safety. In fact it is structured in such a way that it is able to contain the greater of 33% of the stored volume and the total of the largest container stored. If you plan to use the modulcontainer outside the Italian territory, it is recommended to check what the relevant provisions foresee (for example for France 50% of the stored volume will be needed while in Germany 10% is enough). In the same way, the ventilation grilles are structured according to the Italian standard: if you intend to use the module container outside the Italian territory, it is therefore important to check the national regulations on the subject (for example, in France the grilles are mandatory, while in Germany are recommended, but the number and structure required may vary).

The handling of the modulcontainer can be done using a forklift equipped with fork extensions. Alternatively, it is possible to purchase as an accessory the provision for handling by crane with hooking located on the base and in this case remember that you will be able to move your container in both ways (crane and forklift).

The internal shelving (positioning to be agreed upon) with 415 mm deep shelves (380 mm grid + 35 mm rear vertical guide), the access ramp with forklift pockets with or without flap, the non-Atex lighting system, the non-Atex air conditioning system are also available as optional extras. A non-Atex climatization system for temperature control, and a non-Atex suction / ventilation system. In addition, on request it is possible to obtain a greater capacity of the spill pallet located on the floor, and an Atex-approved electrical system.
