Modulcontainer open space in steel with spill pallet and swing doors group size 2

The modulcontainer is the safe and compliant solution for storing hazardous substances outdoors. Any decision on the suitability for containment of this type of substances is in any case the responsibility of the HSE manager or the safety advisor. The open space structure makes the storage ideal for containing different types of containers. The modulcontainer is fitted as standard with 2 aluminum grids with fixed slats+ insect net as standard to ensure ventilation equal to 1/30 of the plant area; predisposition for fixing to the ground with dowels (fixing by and at the user's expense); 80 mm continuous slides for support; removable hot-dip galvanized grating floor, mesh 34x76 mm flat 25x2 mm - load capacity 600 kg / m2; 2.00 mm thick galvanized carbon steel drum sump pallet; walls and doors made with sheets with a 20 mm corrugation printed on 30x30 tubular frames; roof made of sheets with a 20 mm corrugation; gutter and downspouts; carbon corrugated galvanised sheet metal thickness 4/10 on walls and 5/10 on roofing. Furthermore, the models are available in the galvanized version or galvanized and painted in gray white RAL9002 (other colors are also available upon request).

All the modulcontainer models are made in compliance with the provisions of the Italian Legislative Decree 152/06 consolidated environmental text and related standards and are supplied complete with the following documentation:
• Watertight declaration of the drum sump pallet as required by the Legislative Decree 152/06;
• Declaration that natural ventilation is in accordance with D.M. 18/05/95 with grids of dimensions equal to 1/30 of the plan surface;
• Declaration of the capacity of the grating floor;
• Welding declaration: in accordance with UNI EN ISO 3834-2.2006 with production control plan under surveillance - with qualified welders in accordance with EN 9606-1: 2013 - with welding process in accordance with UNI EN ISO 15614-1: 2012 , UNI EN ISO 9001: 15 certified quality system;
• User and maintenance manual (the operator must always use the Personal Protective Equipment as per Legislative Decree 81/08 for the operations listed in the manual).

The spill pallet located at the base of the modulcontainer is built in compliance with the provisions of Italian legislation, therefore structured to contain the greater of 33% of the total volume stored and the volume of the largest container stored. If you intend to use the container module outside Italy, it is essential to check the regulations in force (for example, in France 50% of the total stored is foreseen, in Germany 10%). The ventilation grilles are also structured according to the Italian standard: if you intend to use the modul container outside the Italian territory, it is therefore important to check the national regulations on the subject (for example in France the grilles are mandatory, while in Germany are recommended, but the number and structure required may vary).

Depending on the model that you choose, the modulcontainer  can be moved with a forklift truck equipped with fork extension or with a crane with hooking from the base. It is however possible, for models that do not include it as standard, to select the optional handling with crane and in this case you will be able to handle it in both ways.

Customizing the modulcontainer is possible thanks to the available accessories: internal shelving (positioning to be agreed upon) with 2 adjustable shelves of variable length and 415 mm depth (380 mm grid + 35 mm rear vertical guide), access ramp with or without flap (fork-liftable), non-Atex lighting system, non-Atex air conditioning system to reduce temperature changes, non-Atex suction / ventilation system. Finally, on request, greater floor capacity and walls in prepainted sheet metal thickness 0.65 mm (colors RAL8019 / RA 7016 / RAL9002 / RAL6005) are available.
