Multi purpose ladder for access Abyss for construction sites

The multi purpose ladder Abyss is the professional solution for safe access to vehicles, excavations, pits or lift shafts. Ideal for use in construction sites, it is lightweight and easy to transport as it is foldable, making it perfectly suited for use in logistics operations and by transporters. The structure made of ribbed aluminium makes it solid and robust, perfectly capable of withstanding the stresses and shocks typical of work in the building sector.

The height of the access ladder is adjusted by means of legs with articulated feet that can be adjusted every 28 cm. When the height of the ladder is adjusted, it is always kept level, thus avoiding the risk of dangerous unbalancing. The positions are locked using safety pins. Ascent and descent are facilitated by two handrails that are supplied as standard.

In order to be able to store the telescopic ladder safely on construction sites and avoid theft, the structure also includes two hooks through which the ladder can be lifted by crane when not in use. In addition, safety during use is also guaranteed by the non-slip PVC support feet. The steps are slip-resistant and measure 28x28 mm.

The platform of the multi purpose access ladder Abyss allows comfortable ascending and descending and measures 40x50 cm. The width of the ascending ramp is 52 cm, when the handrail is fitted this becomes 58 cm, while the base is 76 cm wide. Furthermore, the ladder complies with safety regulations, as it meets the requirements of the Italian Legislative Decree 81/08.
