Nylon polyurethane wheel

The nylon polyurethane wheel without support is the solution to demands for quietness, robustness and resistance to wear and extreme temperatures. In fact, the nylon core guarantees resistance to temperatures from -30°C to +70°C and at the same time the polyurethane coating ensures quietness, resistance to contact with oils and solvents, and excellent smoothness whilst respecting the surfaces. Nylon polyurethane wheels are ideal for easy handling of roll containers and industrial trolleys in industrial laundries, supermarkets, butcher shops and all work environments where quietness is required in addition to resistance to extreme temperatures.

The nylon polyurethane wheels are made of high-grade raw materials and compounds and consist of a nylon core and a polyurethane-coated tread. They do not have a support. The raw material chosen is Italian and of high quality, as is the quality of the moulding operations and all operational stages of wheel production.

The nylon polyurethane wheels for trolleys are sold complete with small parts and are available in two versions, to meet different needs: the 100 mm diameter version will have a maximum load capacity of 150 kg, while the 125 mm diameter version will have a maximum load capacity of up to 180 kg.
