Nylon swivel castor with brake

The nylon swivel castor is the solution with foot brake that is easy to engage and disengage, ideal for roll containers and industrial trolleys. Its nylon composition makes it the right product to be mounted on trolleys to be handled in cold stores or environments with temperatures dropping as low as -40°C. In addition, nylon is a high-performance material that is also resistant to high temperatures (max. +80°C) and to the various shocks that can affect the wheel.

The foot pedal brake is activated with a slight pressure of the foot and allows the trolleys to be locked in a safe position during unloading and loading; this accessory also allows displays or stenders to be placed in commercial spaces without any concern for customer and operators security. In addition, the swivel castor's support consists of a galvanised steel plate complete with 4 holes for optimal load distribution.

The nylon swivel castor with brakes is manufactured meticulously, with top-quality compounds, just like all other raw materials and careful moulding operations. Finally, the products are available in two versions: with a diameter of 100 mm and a maximum load capacity of 180 kg or with a diameter of 125 mm and a maximum load capacity of 200 kg.
