The petrol AVR generator Pramac is the solution for obtaining electricity in circumstances where it is not possible to connect directly to the electricity grid. It is therefore the ideal device to be used both in emergency situations and in places where it is not possible to connect to the electricity grid, such as campsites or construction sites. Its structure is made up of a load-bearing tubular frame, suitable sheet steel protections and a built-in oversized 11-litre tank.
The engine that makes up the petrol AVR generator is a single-phase Honda petrol engine with pull starter system. The operation of the generator is also guaranteed by the presence of safety devices such as the thermal protection and the Oil Guard, which blocks the engine when the engine oil level drops below the minimum.
The petrol AVR generator has an emergency power (ESP) of 2.6 kW/2.9 kVA while it has a nominal power in continuous service (COP) of 2.2 kW/2.5 kVA. ESP represents the available mechanical power that the motor can provide by powering a variable load. COP, on the other hand, is the energy that the motor can offer powered by a 100% continuous load.
Two versions of the Pramac petrol generator are available: the basic version and the version equipped with AVR. Thanks to the AVR system, the output voltage is regulated on the basis of the actual request of the devices and therefore there is no risk of overvoltage.
