The material with which they are produced, high density polyethylene, is suitable for contact with food and is well-known for its resistance: to shocks, scratches, abrasions and temperatures that can vary between - 30 ° C and + 70 ° C. The smooth walls ensure little adherence and therefore there is a lower risk that the products placed inside the box may leave residues: in any case it is easily washable, even in the dishwasher.

The dough proofing box is designed to be versatile and adapt to any need of use: if placed in one direction the boxes overlap, a feature that is useful for transporting products from the production laboratory to the shop, while if you turn the box 180 ° they can be stacked, thus making it easy to move multiple empty boxes at once.
