Plastic lightweight pallets 800 x 1200 mm ECO GREEN

The plastic lightweight pallets 800x1200 mm ECO GREEN are the ideal solution for handling light shipments in a sustainable way. In fact, the material saving in the construction of the pallet is conceived to avoid waste in all those shipments where this is possible. In a eco-friendly perspective, it is important to allocate the right product to each shipment, avoiding material waste. Cheaper and lighter than the standard 80x120 cm pallet, this product lends itself precisely to very light shipments.

Developed for the so-called IV range, i.e. leaf vegetables, rocket, lettuce, small fresh fruit (raspberries, strawberries), these plastic pallets are excellent solutions for shipments with low load capacity requirements, but needing to overlap in order to make use of the space inside the refrigerated vehicles.

The ECO GREEN plastic lightweight pallets are intended for very light goods shipments where maximum packaging economy is sought. Transportable products range from sliced and packaged cold meats, to grated cheese, ready-to-eat salads and snacks in polystyrene and lightweight packaging.

Made in Italy from recycled polypropylene (PP), the black plastic lightweight pallets measure 1200x800x130 mm, weigh 3.10 kg and have a static load capacity of up to 400 kg and dynamic load capacity of up to 200 kg. Finally, if destined for direct contact with food, the pallets are to be used with barrier material.
