Plastic pallet box for industry 1200 x 1200 H 850 heavy 900 liters

The plastic pallet box 1200 x 1200 mm with closed walls is the solution for industrial and food use with a capacity of 900 litres. The box is made of high-density polyethylene HDPE, certified for food use, making it ideal for managing the organisation of transport inside and outside companies. Furthermore, this type of container is often used to replace shelving or is used as a support for displaying articles produced for sale in large-scale distribution.

The structure of the plastic pallet box has closed walls and bottom, so the container can also be used to hold water, always bearing in mind, however, that it is not watertight. In addition, should you wish to reinforce the structure, you can add the optional 3 runners.

The walls have a convex structure, thus increasing the total capacity of the container.  The useful internal dimensions of the plastic container are 1110x1110x695 mm and it is possible to accessorize the product by adding wheels, as well as a lid and label holder. In addition, branding is possible on request.

The unit load capacity of the plastic pallet box, i.e. maximum capacity of 1 single box, is 570 kg. It is also possible to stack up to 8 plastic boxes, in which case the maximum weight that can be contained in the whole stack is 4800 kg (static load capacity). Finally, the values in the data sheets are valid at an ambient temperature of 23°C for boxes not exposed to sunlight.
