Plastic pallet box for industry 1200 x 800 H 580 heavy 330 liters

The closed 120 x 80 plastic pallet box is the solution for industrial and food use with a 330 liter capacity. It is made of non-toxic HDPE (high density polyethylene), certified for direct contact with food and suitable for containing liquids even of an acid or alkaline nature. It is the perfect container in cold storage due to its resistance to cold. Furthermore, it is made by UNI EN ISO 9001-2008 certified companies and is a fully recyclable quality product.

The structure of the double-walled corner and central columns and the conformation of the bottom with reinforcing ribs make the plastic pallet box perfect for heavy use during the transport and storage of both bulk, packaged or liquid products. In the latter case, wheels are not recommended, because only the crossbars could give the right support; in any case, it should be remembered that the body cannot replace a tank as it does not guarantee watertight integrity.

To guarantee hygiene, the smooth walls make the plastic pallet box easily washable. The plastic pallet box has useful internal dimensions of 1110x710x420 mm and can be equipped with accessories. In fact, it is possible to select the 125 mm diameter polyurethane nylon wheels or the crosspieces, but also the lid, the label holder and the cap and tap. Furthermore, customizations such as branding are possible on request.

A single plastic pallet box can contain a maximum of 470 kg (unit capacity). The structure of the container allows for stacking up to 8 pieces, in this case the maximum weight that can be contained in the entire stack is 4300 kg (static capacity). Finally, the values in the technical data sheets are valid in optimal conditions, i.e. room temperature of 23°C without exposure to sunlight.
