Plastic pallet box for industry 1200 x 800 H 760 heavy 470 liters

The plastic pallet box for industrial and food use 1200 x 800 with 470 liters of capacity is made of non-toxic high-density polyethylene, suitable for direct contact with food and to contain liquids, even of an acid or alkaline nature. Made by UNI EN ISO 9001-2008 certified companies, the plastic box is a completely recyclable quality product, suitable for professional, even intensive usage.

Particularly resistant to cold, the plastic pallet box has a structure with corners and central double-walled columns and the bottom with reinforcement ribs that make it perfect for heavy use during the transport and storage of bulk, packaged or liquid products. In the last case, crossbars will be required, while wheels are definitely not recommended: in any case, however, you should bear in mind that the box cannot be used as a tank since it is not watertight.

The smooth walls allow easy cleaning of the plastic container making it a hygienic product, a fundamental feature in the food sector. The plastic pallet box has useful internal dimensions of 1110x710x600 mm and is available in the version with or without flap. Furthermore, it can be equipped with 125 mm diameter polyurethane nylon wheels or crossbars, but also the lid, the label holder and the cap and tap. Branding is available upon request.

The unitary capacity of the plastic pallet box is 470 kg and represents the maximum capacity of 1 single container. The containers with door are stackable up to 6 pieces while those without door up to 8 pieces. In this case the static capacity, therefore the maximum weight that can be contained in the whole stack, is respectively 3300 kg and 4300 kg. Finally, the values in the technical data sheets are valid at an ambient temperature of 23°C for containers not exposed to sunlight.
