Plastic pallet box for industry 1200 x 1000 H 760 heavy 680 liters

The plastic pallet box 120 x 100 available with or without door is the solution for industrial and food use with a capacity of 680 liters. The opening of the plastic container facilitates the introduction and the removal of the contents by speeding up the storage or feeding phases of the operating machines of the processing lines. Furthermore, it is often used in place of shelving or as a display support for products intended for sale in large-scale distribution.

Made of non-toxic HDPE (high-density polyethylene), certified for direct contact with food, the plastic pallet box is the solution to the organization and rationalization problems of internal and external company transport. In addition, the convex structure of the walls increases the total capacity and the reinforced bottom is suitable for concentrated loads. The smooth walls of the plastic pallet box allow for easy cleaning and ensure compliance with the high level of hygiene required in the food sector.

Thanks to the use of the crosspieces, the plastic pallet box can also contain water (while with the wheels it would risk breaking), but it must be taken into account that it does not have a watertight seal and cannot in any way be used as a tank. The useful internal dimensions of the plastic container are 1110x920x605 mm and it is possible to accessorize the product by adding some options including the 125 mm diameter polyurethane nylon wheels or the crosspieces, but also the lid, the label holder and the cap and tap. Furthermore, it is possible to request the branding.

The unit capacity of the plastic pallet box is 510 kg and this also represents the maximum capacity of 1 single container. The structure makes it possible to stack up to 8 plastic containers, in this case the maximum weight that can be contained in the whole stack is 4800 kg (static capacity). Finally, the values in the technical data sheets are valid at an ambient temperature of 23°C for containers not exposed to sunlight.
