Plastic pallet box for industry 1200 x 1000 H 850 heavy 760 liters

The plastic pallet box 1200 x 1000 is the solution for industrial and food use with 760 liters of capacity. Made of HDPE high-density polyethylene, it is certified for direct contact with food and solves the organization and rationalization problems of internal and external company transport. Furthermore, it is often used to replace shelving or as a support for the display of products intended for sale in large-scale distribution.

The plastic pallet box is available in two models: with door or without door. When choosing, it is important to consider that the opening facilitates the introduction and removal of the goods, speeding up the storage or feeding phases of the operating machines in the processing lines. The container can be used to contain water but not having the watertight seal it cannot perform the same task as a tank. In any case, to strengthen the structure in case of a similar use with liquid products, we suggest purchasing the crosspieces, while the wheels could be detrimental to the tightness of the container.

The walls' convex shaping increases the total capacity of the plastic pallet box and the reinforced bottom makes it ideal for concentrated loads. The useful internal dimensions of the plastic container are 1120x920x695 mm and it is possible to accessorize the product by adding the 125 mm diameter polyurethane nylon wheels or the crosspieces, but also the lid, the label holder and the cap and tap. Markings or brandings are possible upon request.

The unitary capacity of the plastic pallet box is 510 kg and represents the maximum capacity of 1 single container. The structure makes it possible to stack up to 8 plastic containers, in this case the maximum weight that can be contained in the whole stack is 4800 kg (static capacity). Finally, the values in the technical data sheets are valid at an ambient temperature of 23°C for containers not exposed to sunlight.
