Plastic pallet box for industry 1040 x 640 H 550 medium 220 liters

The plastic pallet box 1040 x 640 mm is the 220 liter capacity solution for industrial use. Made of HDPE (high density polyethylene) with material certified for direct contact with food, it is ideal in the food sector. It is produced with the best plastic materials in full respect of environmental sustainability: it maintains its qualitative characteristics and, at the same time, it is completely recyclable.

As a guarantee of quality, the plastic pallet box is made by UNI EN ISO 9001-2008 certified companies and therefore lends itself perfectly to professional uses. Furthermore, the smooth walls make it easy to wash, ensuring compliance with high hygiene standards, essential when working in the food sector. The pallet box can also contain water, but not being watertight, it cannot be compared to a tank. In this case, for the containment of liquids, the wheels are not recommended in favor of the crosspieces, which are strongly recommended instead.

To respond to ever-changing needs, the plastic pallet box can be equipped with elastic rubber wheels with a diameter of 100 mm, lid and label holder. Furthermore, customizations such as branding are possible on request.

The unit capacity of the plastic pallet box is 150 kg and represents the maximum capacity of 1 single container. The structure makes it possible to stack up to 10 plastic containers, in this case the maximum weight that can be contained in the entire stack is 1500 kg (static capacity). Finally, the values in the technical data sheets are valid at an ambient temperature of 23°C for containers not exposed to sunlight.
