Plastic pallet box for industry 1040 x 640 H 670 medium 285 liters

The plastic pallet box for industry 1040 x 640 is the solution for industrial and food use with a capacity of 285 liters. Made of HDPE (high density polyethylene) it is available in black for industrial use or in white or gray for food use. Manufactured by using the best plastic materials, the production takes place in compliance with ecological principles and the container is thus of quality and completely recyclable.

Available in the black version produced from recycled, resistant and ecological material, the plastic pallet box is designed for industrial use, for the entire non-food sector, for industrial laundries and for the logistics and transport industry. In the white or gray version with material certified for direct contact with food, the container is perfectly suited to the food sector.

The plastic pallet box is made by UNI EN ISO 9001-2008 certified companies and lends itself perfectly to professional uses. The smooth walls make it easily washable and it can be accessorised with 125 mm diameter elastic rubber wheels, lid and label holder. Furthermore, it is possible to request customizations such as branding. If the caisson should contain liquids, the aid of the crossbars and not of the wheels is necessary to increase its solidity: it must be remembered, however, that it cannot be compared to a tank as it cannot guarantee watertightness.

The unitary capacity of the plastic pallet box is 200 kg and represents the maximum capacity of 1 single container. The containers can be stacked up to 9 pieces, in this case the maximum weight that can be contained in the entire stack is 1800 kg (static capacity). Finally, the values in the technical data sheets are valid in optimal conditions, i.e. room temperature of 23°C without exposure to sunlight.
