The plastic pizza dough proofing box 600 x 400 x 100 mm is the best solution for containing dough and leavened products, thanks to its size and the quality of the production processes. The reinforced profiles make it resistant to shocks and to the weight of the dough, which will not be contaminated thanks to the quality food-grade polyethylene used to produce the boxes. Even when stacked, thanks to the profile of the base, the proofing boxes will be able to maintain their shape without deforming and can be perfectly palletized on europallets.
The food polypropylene of which they are made, in accordance with the law, guarantees resistance to temperatures that can vary between - 20°C and + 90°C and resistance to scratches and abrasions that can be caused by any tools used to deposit or remove the food from the boxes. The pizza dough proofing box produced with this material does not absorb odors and is dishwasher-safe.
Despite being durable, the food-grade polyethylene used for the pizza dough container remains light and easy to handle, making the box practical to move both by hand and using trolleys, while maintaining an internal capacity of 10 litres.
