Plastic stackable dough proofing box 650 x 427 H 115 mm

The 650 x 427 x 115 mm plastic stackable dough proofing box is the perfect solution for leavening medium-sized doughs in bakeries and pastry shops. Very light, thanks to the handles on the short side, moving the boxes by hand will also be practical and fluid, although it remains possible to move them, even when stacked, with the use of a trolley. If stacked on top of each other, the closure is guaranteed by the bottom of the upper box, it is always possible, however, to purchase the optional lid to ensure maximum hygiene and tightness.

The dough proofing box complies with EC Reg. 2023/2006, EC Reg. 1935/2004 and EC Reg. 10/2011 and is supplied complete with UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 certification. It can withstand temperatures between -20 ° C and + 90 ° C, abrasions, bumps, and scratches, so it is well suited to all storage and use dynamics that are to be expected in bakeries and pastry shops.

Easily washable, even in the dishwasher thanks to the smooth surfaces, the dough proofing box does not absorb odors and does not release harmful substances. All this thanks to the high quality food grade polypropylene with which it is produced.

The internal dimensions of the product are 600 x 400 x 110 mm. Finally, the stackable dough proofing box has a capacity of 26 liters.
