Radial floor drill press Fervi 0857 with drive belt

The Fervi 0857 radial floor drill press designed to allow you to perform simple mechanical operations such as drilling, reaming and counterbore. With this type of equipment it is possible to carry out machining on different materials, varying the tool according to the operations to be performed. In fact, different speeds of rotation of the spindle are foreseen. The drill is equipped with a support base and for proper use of the device it must be used on a flat surface with adequate ergonomic and resistance characteristics.

This type of radial floor drill press is designed to be used intermittently during daily activities. It is in fact a service machine and not a production machine. Thanks to the column which is fixed directly on the floor, it allows drilling operations with parts of medium dimensions. Powered by electricity, the motor power is 230 V 50 Hz 0.375 kW.

The radial floor drill press is equipped with belt transmission, which makes it the ideal tool when you need to make a few changes in rotation speed during daily use. It is therefore ideal for carrying out series or often repetitive machining. The spindle speed can be set by moving the belts on the pulley grooves of the drive system.

The radial floor drill press has drilling capacity on cast iron with a pre-hole of 20 mm in diameter, while the drilling capacity on steel with a pre-hole is 16 mm. The continuous drilling capacity is instead 12 mm. The table has a diameter of 290 mm. The arm that supports the head can also be moved horizontally.
