Receipt and acceptance of goods, funding and compensation for transport damages

You received a damaged package, it was not possible to reject it and you reported it to the courier.

As soon as the courier confirms your report, we will replace or repair the damaged product. Keep proof of notification to the courier.

You have received the product subject to control without any dispute to the courier.

Wrong choice! A control reserve without any specific objection to the courier is a generic, contestable and not accepted report by couriers. In this case, any visible and detectable damage upon receipt will not be reimbursed.

You received a package without checking it carefully and then you noticed damage or deformations to the packaging that could suggest that the contents have been damaged.

Wrong choice, checking the goods upon receipt is in the interest of the customer. In this case, any damage will not be reimbursed.

You have received, checked and accepted the goods. The packaging was perfectly intact so you could only see the damage after opening.

In this case it is essential to keep the packaging perfectly intact in order to demonstrate that externally there was no damage, crushing or deformation.
The Customer is required to declare and demonstrate, by providing the photographic material, that the packaging was intact and that it did not allow the identification of damage to the goods inside. The customer must also keep the packaging waiting for the procedure to be accepted or rejected. In case of replacement, the material must be packed in the original packaging.

What happens if I have not kept the intact packaging?

It will not be possible to receive the replacement. The product must be returned in its original intact packaging.

How can I store the packaging if it is made of transparent shrink wrap?

This type of packaging allows you to check the contents upon receipt and report any damage only upon delivery, if reported later they will not be reimbursed.

How do I behave if there is no packaging?

Certain industrial-type and large-sized products are more robust than any packaging and are shipped without it on purpose, to facilitate inspection upon receipt and allow the identification of any damage. If the damages are not reported upon receipt, they will not be reimbursed.

The courier leaves before you can have checked the package.

If the package has visible damage or deformations that may suggest that the contents have been damaged, it is advisable not to open the package and immediately report the incident. Making sure that the courier awaits the inspection of the goods and acknowledges the reservations is in the interest of the Customer.

The courier does not allow me to place a specific reserve.

This is a serious fault on the part of the courier, it is advisable to reject the goods indicating the reason.
