The reinforced HDPE plastic pallets for food use with closed runners 800 x 1200 mm moulded in Italy is the most hygienic solution for handling goods in the food and non-food sector. In fact, the runners have a closed and hermetically sealed base to prevent the accumulation of dirt or liquids inside, in compliance with HACCP hygiene regulations.
The bottom of the reinforced HDPE plastic pallets are equipped with anti-tip skids and can be forklifted with a forklift or pallet truck to ensure safe handling of the pallet and the load being transported. In addition, to increase safety and reduce the risk of the transported goods falling, the pallet is complete with retaining edges.
In order to optimise space in warehouses and distribution centres where reinforced HDPE plastic pallets are used, it is possible to stack them on top of each other during empty storage. Furthermore, it is possible to place the pallet on the ground or on flat surfaces with a maximum load of 4500 kg, to move it if the load is less than 1100 kg, and to place it on shelves if the load does not exceed 750 kg.
The reinforced HDPE plastic pallets with dimensions 800x1200x160 mm are available in white in virgin HDPE for food use. Finally, alternative colours are available on request.
