The Fervi 0765 variable speed vibrating scroll saw is the ideal solution for the crafts and model making sectors, but also for the industrial one if it is a question of precise and regular cuts, straight or with a very wide angle of curve, of materials. light like balsa or plywood. The machine works for short-term activities with pauses being a service machine, so it is not at all suitable for use for serial production as it could be a production machine. It is supplied with an identification plate and information pictograms for the correct use of the machine.
The vibrating scroll saw is equipped with 2 buttons for its operation positioned on the base, near the engine: this is the on and off button, in order to limit the possibility of accidental starts. Next to these buttons, a rotary selector is positioned to adjust the oscillation speed of the blade, which can range from a minimum of 800 to a maximum of 1400 oscillations per minute.
At the first start-up, the jointed pipe will be fixed, from which a light flow of air comes out to clean the work area. Instead, before each use, the vibrating scroll saw will be adjusted according to the type of cut required. It will be necessary to check the blade tension, and if necessary adjust it with the aid of the regulator and then it will be covered with the protective cover.
Finally, the work table will be tilted according to the chosen cutting angle and at the end positioned the piece guide. In all this, the vibrating scroll saw must be firmly fixed to the workbench also thanks to the holes already present at the base of the machine.
