The solid folding pallet box 1200 x 1000 H 800 is the ideal solution for businesses that want to find the perfect compromise between space for products and space optimization when not in use or when transporting empty. The containers are designed primarily for the industrial and agro-food sectors, they can be stacked in groups of 9/10 pieces and may be handled with a forklift truck or transpallet if accessorized with the optional crosspieces.

The folding pallet box has smooth walls and no sharp edges: it is therefore resistant to liquid stagnation and easy to clean from any residues. This feature is particularly useful as this container is suitable for contact with food, thanks to the top-notch high-density polypropylene it is made of. 

Resistant and versatile, the solid folding pallet box can be equipped with doors on the long or short side, both individually and on all sides, in order to respond in the best way to your specific needs. Furthermore, if equipped with a lid, the container is able to protect the stored goods from external agents and light damage.

The solid folding pallet box can be equipped not only with doors, but also with 2 or 3 crosspieces, a lid and four swivel nylon wheels d. 800 mm. Four feet and the appropriate space for applying a barcode are already provided as standard. One single plastic box can contain 750 kg (unit capacity). It is possible to stack up to 9/10 boxes, but in this case the maximum weight that can be contained in the whole stack is 7000 kg (static capacity). The values in the technical data sheets are valid in optimal conditions, i.e. at an ambient temperature of 23°C without exposure to sunlight.
