The solid folding pallet box 1200 x 800 height 800 mm is the perfect solution for industrial and agricultural activities that are looking for a product that is both capacious and easy to store when empty. The versatility of the container is guaranteed by the possibility of positioning the doors on the 4 sides, in order to simplify access to the contents according to your needs. In addition, the collapsed container takes up less than half the space and this makes it the perfect ally for organizing the empty containers and providing for their transport.

The solid folding pallet box is made of high density polypropylene (HDPE) and is suitable for contact with food. Furthermore, the smooth surfaces without sharp edges between the sides and the base make it perfect for this purpose as they guarantee hygiene and ease of cleaning. Furthermore, if equipped with the lid, the container protects the contents from light and other atmospheric events.

Although it is already very resistant, the folding pallet box can be reinforced by adding 2 or 3 crosspieces on the bottom, in order to make it easy to move it at the same time with forklifts or transpallets. As an alternative to the crosspieces, it is possible to accessorise the container with 4 nylon central wheels (two fixed and two swivel) with a diameter of 80 mm.

The capacity of the solid folding pallet box is 565 liters and the internal dimensions are 1120x720x660 mm. Finally, the standard color is ivory for the lid and black for the base. The container has a unitary capacity of 650 kg, this is the maximum capacity of 1 single container. It is possible to stack up to 10/11 containers, in this case the maximum weight that can be contained in the whole stack is 7000 kg (static capacity). The values in the technical data sheets are to be considered valid in optimal conditions (ambient temperature 23°C without exposure to sunlight).
