Spill pallet with corrugated fiberglass removable canopy 2100 x 1900 x 2110 mm

The spill pallet, thanks to the removable canopy, is the solution that allows for the storage of a tank outside. It represents the ideal solution when you do not need a deposit that is fully closed, but rather a product that covers the tank that is stored outdoors. It is a product capable of offering safety, without sacrificing the convenience of use during the handling and tapping of the substances contained in the tanks. The canopy is made of corrugated fiberglass and thanks to the possibility of being disassembled it makes transport, handling and storage operations easier.

The spill pallet is made of 3mm carbon steel through numerically controlled bending process and shape with structural reinforcements. An anti-corrosion outdoor treatment is carried out on the tank which is obtained by means of anti-oil and anti-acid polyurethane resins and high visibility blue RAL 5010 polyester painting in accordance with ISO 3864 and EEC 77/576 - L 229 and subsequent amendments.

The grid supplied with the spill pallet is made of hot-dip galvanized carbon steel with high-capacity meshes that is placed on the perimeter with a welded “L” profile and central omega reinforcement. To guarantee the perfect watertight seal of the spill pallet, an electronically controlled welding of the creasing and of the gaseous mixture is carried out.

The capacity of the spill pallet is 1200 kg and its collection volume is 1200 liters. Its dimensions are 1650x1340x640 mm while the canopy measures 2100x1900 mm.
