Spill pallet with corrugated fiberglass removable canopy 3000 x 2000 x 2110 mm

The spill pallet with canopy is the ideal solution for storing two tanks outdoors while ensuring their safety. It is the ideal solution to use when you are not looking for a completely closed warehouse but in any case you want to guarantee the protection of the stored tanks. Thanks to this product it is possible to guarantee the safety of the stored substances, without sacrificing comfort when handling the tanks or during tapping operations. Thanks to the corrugated fiberglass canopy that can be easily disassembled, protection and ease of use are guaranteed.

Made of 3mm carbon steel that undergoes a numerical control bending process and shape with structural reinforcements, the collection tank is a safe, robust and resistant product. The spill pallet undergoes an anti-corrosion treatment, obtained thanks to anti-oil and anti-acid polyurethane resins. The polyester painting is in high visibility blue RAL5010 according to ISO 3864 and CEE 77/576 - L 229 and subsequent amendments.

Also included in the supply is the grill made of hot-dip galvanized carbon steel placed on the perimeter of welded "L" profile and central omega reinforcement. The meshes of the grid have a high capacity and are therefore able to support heavy loads. The perfect watertight seal of the spill pallet is guaranteed by the electronically controlled welding of the creasing and the gaseous mixture.

The spill pallet has a capacity of 2500 kg, while its collection volume is 1070 liters. The dimensions of the spill pallet are 2680x1250x420 mm while the overall dimensions are 3000x2000x2110 mm. The spill pallet is made in compliance with Italian regulations, which require the containment capacity to be equal to the greater of 33% of the total volume stored and the volume of the largest container stored. Therefore, if you intend to use the spill pallet outside Italy, we recommend checking the current regulations regarding containment.
