Spill pallet with galvanized removable canopy 3500 x 1900 x 2110 mm

The spill pallet is the solution fitted with a removable galvanised steel canopy for the outdoor storage of 2 tanks. It is the ideal product if you are not looking for an all-round closed storage area, but a practical solution for covering tanks for outdoor storage, finding a perfect compromise between safety and ease of use when tapping or handling the tanks. The canopy structure is hot-dip galvanised and the possibility of disassembling it facilitates transport and storage operations.

The spill pallet is equipped with a nameplate containing technical data and safety labelling in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 81 of 2008. In addition, it is made of steel according to standards, making it the ideal product for the containment of chemical liquids. The tank is an obligatory solution when storing hazardous liquids: any spills must be contained in a special basin. It is 3 mm thick and is painted RAL 2004 orange.

The galvanised steel canopy has a demountable structure for easy transport and storage. In addition, the structural uprights are inserted into bolted slots on the outside of the pallet for secure fastening. The spill pallet is manufactured in compliance with European safety regulations and the removable galvanised grating has an openable front corner so as to be able to inspect the pallet or clean it without having to remove the tanks.

The structure is complete with a 1000 litre capacity spill pallet and removable canopy and has dimensions 3500x1900x2110 mm. Finally, the tank is equipped with 6 support feet, can be moved empty using pallet trucks or forklifts and complies with the italian Interministerial Resolution of 27 July 1984 and the international standard UNI EN ISO 3834-2:2021.
