Spiral bender Fervi 0113 for cold bending

The Fervi 0113 spiral bender is the perfect cold bending solution for iron companies and craftsmen, as it is possible to give particular shapes to the pieces to be machined thanks to this tool. Suitable for industrial use, it is suitable for bending both metal plates and rods and soft iron in general, and cold bending makes activities easier and faster. The maximum thickness that can work is 10 mm and this makes it versatile and suitable for responding to different needs of use. The instrument is a service machine and therefore cannot carry out long and continuous work.

The spiral bender is composed of a base that must be fixed to a flat and stable surface, as the 27 kg machine needs a position that does not vibrate during the bending process. Above the base, there are the die and the bending equipment.

In addition to the central piece stop, the spiral bender is equipped with 3 arrays with different dimensions in order to give more or less curvature to the piece: it must be inserted one way into the piece stop and then the die is rotated using the lever with ergonomic handle.

Once this has been done, the chosen matrix must be added above the bar bending matrix in order to impose the desired curvature with the lever. In this way it will be possible to copy in series the same curvature on the other various pieces to be bent.
