Storage container in steel 6240 x 1450 mm with spill pallet for horizontal drums 200 lt

The storage container is the ideal solution for storing 200 liter drums safely. It is a solution consisting of a monobloc structure and therefore not easy to handle. In fact, it can be handled by lifting from above, or by using a forklift truck with a suitable load capacity, equipped with fork extensions, which is why it is considered a definitive solution once positioned. To be able to meet different needs, different versions of the container are available. It is in fact possible to choose between the version with 2 or 3 shelves. Furthermore, both versions can be without doors or have sliding doors or PVC tarpaulin.

The spill pallet is built in compliance with Italian legislation which provides that it has a collection capacity of the greater between 33% of the total volume stored and the volume of the largest container. To use the container outside the Italian territory, it will be necessary to verify what the relevant legislation provides (in France, for example, the capacity must be 50% of the total stored, while in Germany 10%).

For all available storage container models, the following regulations are respected:
• 2009/104 / CE Work equipment;
• Legislative Decree 81/2008 annex V Consolidated text on safety at work
• As regards the manufacturer: UNI EN ISO 3834-2: 2006 certificate no. 523-088-2012 TÜV Italia and the Essential Requirements for Safety and Environmental Protection.
Furthermore, upon request, it is also possible to obtain the certification of compliance with the UNI EN 1090 standard, in order to be able to affix the CE marking on the container.

 The container is characterized by a thickness of the sheet metal of the doors, walls and roof equal to 2.5 mm, the thickness of the sheet of the spill pallet is instead 3 mm. Both the doors and the insulating roof (available as an option) are made using 50 mm mineral wool sandwich panels certified EI30 with fire resistance class A2 S1-d0 interposed between the galvanized sheets. The container also has a provision for fixing to the ground with dowels and is equipped with a removable hot-dip galvanized grid floor, 66x55 mm mesh.

Available as an option for the storage container are the ventilation grids and the front grille that allows to facilitate the transfer operations. The optional ventilation grids comply with the Italian D.M. 18/05/95 standard. The grilles therefore guarantee a ventilation that is equal to 1/30 of the floor area and are particularly recommended when storing flammable substances. If the storage container is to be used outside Italy, it is necessary to check the relevant national regulations (e.g. in France grids are mandatory, while in Germany they are recommended, but the required number and structure may vary). For versions without doors or with PVC tarpaulin, the optional insulating roof and ventilation grilles are not necessary. Also available on request are the explosion-proof ventilation and the polypropylene spill pallet. The latter is particularly suitable when aggressive and corrosive substances such as acids and non-solvents are stored. Finally, on request it is also possible to obtain a 100% insulated container.
