Storage container in steel with spill pallet and 3 levels for drums 200 lt on pallet

The storage container made of steel is the ideal solution to optimize space thanks to the 3 levels that allow you to store up to 72 drums on pallets outdoors. The monobloc structure of the container can be lifted from above and, given the complexity of moving it, is a definitive solution once it is in place. In fact, handling is only possible using a forklift truck equipped with fork extensions and adequate capacity. The storage container is available in 2 versions: with sliding doors or without doors.

The legislation referred to for storage is the Italian one, i.e. the spill pallet must contain the greater of 33% of the total volume stored and the volume of the largest container stored. Therefore, in the event that the container is to be used outside the Italian territory, it is necessary to check the containment regulations (for example, France provides for 50% of the total stored, and Germany 10%).

The regulations respected in the construction of the storage container in steel are the following:
• International standard UNI EN ISO 3834-2: 2006 certificate n. 523-088-2012 TÜV Italia and the Essential Requirements for Safety and Environmental Protection (certification referred to the manufacturer);
• Community Directives: 2009/104 / CE Work equipment;
• National directives: Legislative Decree 81/2008 annex V Consolidated text on occupational safety;
Upon request, it is possible to issue the UNI EN 1090 certification which allows the CE marking to be affixed.

The body of the container is characterized by a 2.5 mm thick sheet in the doors, walls and roof, while 3 mm thick in the spill pallet. The sliding doors and the insulating roof accessory are made with 50 mm-thick mineral wool sandwich panels certified EI30 with fire resistance class A2 S1-d0 interposed between the galvanized sheets. The container is designed to be fixed to the ground with dowels and is equipped with a removable hot-dip galvanized grating floor, with a 66x55 mm mesh.

The optional ventilation grids are designed in accordance with Italian regulations (D.M. 18/05/95), so they guarantee a ventilation equal to 1/30 of the floor area and are strongly recommended if flammable substances are stored. If the storage container is to be used outside Italy, it is important to check the national regulations regarding ventilation (e.g. in Germany, grids are recommended, while in France they are mandatory but the number and structure required may vary). Containers without doors require neither ventilation grids nor an insulated roof. On request, it is possible to purchase the storage container equipped with a polypropylene spill pallet (recommended for storing corrosive and aggressive liquids) and explosion-proof ventilation, in the case of storage of high-risk flammable substances. Upon request, it is possible to insulate the container at 100%.
